terms & conditions

✧ payment: item price + packaging fee + local shipping fee
✧ receiving an acknowledgment of your order from me (replying "yours") and/or receiving an order confirmation means that the item is already yours and you can no longer back out.
✧ cancellation is strictly prohibited. cancellation fee is 50% of the item if really in need to cancel.
✧ pasalo slot is okay as long as you inform me beforehand.
✧ late fee is an additional 25 php per day.
✧ maximum of 3 days for reservation unless stated/permitted otherwise.✧ cod is only allowed for onhands, and only when stated.
✧ for direct shopee transactions (pay the item through shopee), regardless of your payment method, it is considered "cod" since I will only receive the payment after the item is delivered to you.
✧ for shopee checkout, the listing price is 15-30 php (based on quantity / weight / type of item) to avoid shopee violations and deductions from seller balance.
✧ for cod via shopee checkout or direct shopee transaction, it would be item price + pf + 9% shopee fee (3% transaction fee + 5% service fee + 1% commission fee)
✧ for cod via flash express, it would be item price + pf + 3% cod fee
✧ for cod via ggx/sdd, it would be item price + pf only (+ fee if applicable)✧ videos and/or pictures of the item will be sent for the condition before and after packing, and before shipment.
✧ i will NOT be liable for the damages caused to the item by the courier of your choice nor will i be liable if they lose your item. Refunds regarding this matter will not be entertatined.
✧ i will ask you to double-check your details before shipping to avoid lost parcels.✧ i will only give a refund if it is proven that the damage is my fault, therefore an unboxing video is required.
✧ no unboxing video = no refund (video should be continuous. no edits, no pauses, or else it will not be entertained).
✧ refund will depend on the damage of the item (partial/full). for full refunds, the item must be returned to me.
✧ no payment form = not paid
✧ rude buyers, joy reservers, bogus buyers will be blocked and posted

default packaging for pcs and album inclusions: double plastic sleeves (1-2 PCs each for outer sleeve) + carton (sandwiched) + 1-3 layers of bubble wrap
default packaging for albums and photobooks: 3-4 layers of bubble wrap
